Robin Pope Safaris, Zambia
Flo served as a relief manager across a renowned collection of RPS lodges, including Nsefu Camp, Tena Tena Camp, Robin’s House, Luangwa Safari House, and Luangwa River Camp. These intimate, unfenced lodges—typically with up to six bedrooms—offered guests immersive experiences through game drives, walking safaris, and opportunities to engage in local conservation initiatives.
Borana Lodge, Kenya
Borana is where it all began for Flo! As a volunteer, hosting guests and managing the team here was a joy, as she helped visitors connect with conservation efforts. Guests enjoyed an array of activities like mountain biking, quad biking, rhino patrols with rangers, horseback safaris, mobile medical clinic visits, game walks, and drives. The work at Borana Conservancy inspired Flo’s journey into Kenyan conservation and her continued professional path in safari and hospitality.

Flo helped host 120 guests for a week on this beautiful island during the set up for a wedding.
