From there, she honed her skills in event catering with renowned names such as Rhubarb Food Design and Cooks & Partners.
In 2016, Flo expanded her horizons to Kenya, diving into the tourism industry. She’s managed hotels, overseen safari lodges, implemented database systems for travel agencies, coordinated international marketing tours, and founded her own start-up, Culsans Gap Travel, creating purposeful gap years inspiring young conservationists - and she never left her passion for events behind, continuing to organise exceptional gatherings on the side.
Finally, in 2022, Flo made Kenya her permanent home, founding Flo Midwood Services. Her consultancy delivers tailored hospitality management, effortlessly lifting stress from clients’ shoulders while adding a hearty dose of positivity and fun—all to help keep life simple.
